For any of you in Seattle, this is one of the creations by Nohra of Ine's Patisserie on Madison (very near City People's).

Unbelievably, this beautiful little creation tastes BETTER than it looks. And she makes everything fresh ... DAILY. Getting up at 4am and throwing out whatever isn't sold at the end of the day. She's French and French-trained and guess what? It turns out those folks REALLY know pastry.
